FORTISCHEM a.s. was taken over by a new crisis management headed by Ján Hartl

Bratislava, 10. March 2021 – the company FORTISCHEM a.s. was taken over by the crisis manager Ján Hartl from Maxim Pharm and became the Chairman of the Board of Directors of FORTISCHEM a.s. As General Crisis Manager, he engaged the renowned consulting company PWC in the processes. Ján Hartl, in cooperation with PWC, will manage and control FORTISCHEM a.s. until the decision of the Office for the Protection of Competition on the possible takeover of FORTISCHEM a.s. by the Czech financial group Kaprain. The latter owns the Association for Chemical and Metallurgical Production in Ústí na Labem and has already declared its interest in joining the attempt to rescue FORTISCHEM a.s..
