By chorination of n-alkanes C14-17, we manufacture medium-chain types with the contents of bound chlorine in the scope of 40- 60 % of weight. They are used in processing of plastics as secondary softeners, such as additives to phenolic colours, varnishes, putties, binding agents and adhesives. They are also used in metallurgy, textile, artificial leather and paper industry. They are mixed with various oils in a wide scope. With synergists such as Sb2O3, they create highly effective flame-retardant system during processing of plastics.
Polyether polyols are polyaducts of propylene oxide to ethylenediamine, glycerine, saccharose, or their various mixtures produced under special catalytic conditions. They are used as cross-linking agents for flexible and solid PUR foams and polyurethane varnishes. Flexible foams are used in the furniture and car industry (seats) and to produce mattresses. Solid foams are used for the production of insulation panels, cooling systems, decorative casts, packaging foams, piping insulation and jetted foam insulations.
We offer granulated materials under the market name Sloviplasts. They are made of PVC, softeners, filling agents, convenient stabilizers. They are designed for further processing by extrusion or jetting. According to type, they are used in the electrotechnical industry (KG) for the production of cables, electric installation materials (TG) or sealing and shoe soles (MG).
We manufacture PVC by suspension and emulsion polymerization, we also supply emulsion slurry PVC. We offer various types of emulsion PVC, ideally for the production of wide assortment of films, floorings, separately, or in various combinations by the extrusion and rolling technology. Various types of suspension PVC are designed for hard PVC products manufactured by the calendering, extrusion, jetting technology. For the production of artificial leather, wallpapers, floorings by homogenous coating technology, various types of emulsion slurry PVC were designed. We also offer special copolymers of vinyl chloride with vinyl acetate which are used for puttying of car chassis, e.g. Slovinyl KV 62-12 or for the production of LP records Slovinyl KV 173. Polyvinyl acetate dispersions-based products, Slovilaxes convenient for mortars and concretes as plasticizer. Under the name Sloviols we manufacture special products usable as colloids, polymer emulsion stabilizers, etc.
We offer plastic profiles designed for the production of plastic windows, doors and glazed walls, the production includes profiles of the 3-chamber INTERNOVA® system, 4-chamber INTERNOVA® system a 6-chamber INTERNOVA® 6000 system.
